What impresses me about Megan is her technical knowledge of the real estate industry, her vast knowledge of the geographic area, and her use of media resources. Plus, she has a terrific sense of humor and is result driven. She was immensely successful in guiding my brother with finding his 'affordable' condominium in beautiful St. Petersburg.

She is a true professional.Megan was born/raised in the Tampa Bay area which is helpful when discussing areas that I do not know. Megan went above and beyond in helping me settle into our new home. It needed a lot of renovations and TLC; she was very knowledgeable of local contractors and suppliers. She even helped me discover the places to shop for food and things. I am French so this kind of help adjusting was greatly appreciated.

There are so many good things to say about Megan that it's hard to know where to begin. The first thing to know is that she successfully found buyers for our home in a VERY short time. She was wonderfully personable and a great communicator who responded immediately to all phone, email and/or text messages. She was also impressively organized and extremely pro-active. She took lovely photos of each room in our house, the yard, and the neighborhood beach and had them up on the Zilliow site the same evening we moved out to depart for our location in another state. Within a few days, she also arranged for professional staging and photography; replacing the original photos with the new ones. She met on our behalf with a consignment furniture retailer. Most important of all, when faced with a variety of unexpected pre-closing challenges, she dug in deeper, and working relentlessly to make sure our closing went through as planned. (All with a remarkably positive attitude I might add!) She raised the bar for our idea of an exceptional realtor!

It was a joy working with Megan. She understood my needs, asked Great questions to better understand what my wife and I were seeking in a new home. With great care she showed us several homes that made the grade. She was terrific and follow up and answered any questions that we had in a timely fashion. Megan was a great person to work with in the sale of our home. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market. She provided us with appropriate ways to stage our home for optimum presentation. Our house sold in a relatively short time for the price that we were looking for. I would wholeheartedly recommend Megan to any home seller or buyer.

Megan was amazing to work with, very knowledgable, and gave great advice throughout the home buying process. I would absolutely recommend 100%.As a first time home buyer she was able point out certain things that I may not have noticed and always made sure that I understood every step of the process so as not to miss important deadlines.She was very responsive and clearly did her research to tailor the experience to what I needed and was looking for.Megan made my home buying experience simple and pleasant and I will absolutely use her again in the future if I find myself in the market again.

Megan was very responsive to our needs when we decided to move into a single family home here in Florida. She patiently showed us many properties over more than a year until we found the home that met our needs. While we knew the area where we purchased our home, Megan provided very helpful additional information that made us more comfortable that we had found a great place to live. Additionally, she helped us find a competent home inspector and made great suggestions making the negotiation process very smooth. I think of Megan as our superstar agent, we were buying from out of town (2016) and really did not know the area well. Megan took us under her wing and patiently showed us a number of properties in various neighborhoods; she explained the pluses and minuses of each. When we finally settled on a home she did a masterful job of the negotiations and we were able to buy well under asking. Once the deal was done she went out of her way to help us find the necessary contractors - she even bought a lock box so that they could get in the house. She is a real professional!
