Melissa and the whole team at Service Matters was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to buying our house, our schedule was usually hectic for looking at homes and after typical business hours and Melissa, Chris, Pete, and Suzanne always made sure we didn’t feel bad for the times we had available to look at the homes. They were always available for text and calls when questions popped up also.

Being nearly 900 miles away and looking for a home I was lucky to contact Melissa with Service Matters, She and her team took the time to understand what type of house I was looking for and what my needs were. Calling her and asking about a certain house she would say "Let me get eyes on that" and she would send pictures of parts of the house that were questionable and that real estate pictures normally don't show. She makes you feel at ease through the whole process start to finish, It felt good that she was also at the closing and the most important part of being with you when you get the keys to your new home.

Melissa and Chris were so knowledgeable when it came to listing our home. We were able to sell it with time still left before we PCSed with the military and she sold our home through this crazy pandemic. Melissa was so understanding and fought for us when it came to negotiating with the buyers. I, 100% recommend Melissa when it comes to buying/selling. She put up a fight for us so we didn’t have to.
