Melisa acted quickly to get the house sold. Listed four days before Christmas 2015 and we had an offer the day before Christmas. After short negotiation, we sold. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Very satisfying experience.

I have either purchased or sold a property with Melisa as my agent three different times. I will use her in the future and I highly recommend her. As an experienced investor, I find her to have just the right amount of everything that I am looking for.

We were very impressed with Melisa‘a knowledge and the attention and responsiveness that she offered us while looking for a vacation home. She she always took the time to answer all of our questions and never failed to do whatever was needed to move things along. We enjoyed working with her so much, that we have remained friends even after the real estate transaction was complete.

You can't find a nicer person and her knowledge of the area is top notch. She helped us find the perfect beach condo which wasn't easy considering we live in Ohio. Melisa is just plain awesome and you need to use her for buying real estate in the Panama city beach area

Melisa was awesome to work with. My husband and I had completely different ideas/priorities on what we wanted in a beach property so we were at times probably not the 'easiest' people to work with; however, she did so eagerly. She was always available to show me properties when we were in the area (we live 6 hrs away). We asked to be shown properties that she 'knew' we would not like; but she did it without negativity. She showed us properties that she 'knew' we would like that we had dismissed. She never gave up on us throughout the 2 years we 'searched' for the perfect property.... she found it for us July 2016 and we have LOVED it since! She had the right contacts to bail us out of a last minute fiasco with our local financial institute and keep our closing on time. She is very professional, prompt, courteous, etc... I can not say enough good things about Melisa and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for their 'dream' home.

Melisa was fantastic during our search of a beach vacation home. She was patient, diligent, responded to questions promptly and offered insight. When we couldn't find the right place, she offered options (land) and provided info on those, including putting us in contact with builders. We finally found the perfect home online, she checked that for us, took so many pictures, negotiate the price. We never saw the place in person until 1 week after closing date... what a move! She was right, the house was everything I had hoped and more. Melisa's personality is one of her best assets as well as her knowledge of the area and negotiating skills... I'd recommend Melisa Caporella in a heartbeat.

Melisa is very professional and was always quick to respond to all of our needs. She is very patient and just an absolute joy to work with. Being from the mid-west and looking to buy a second home, we found Melisa's knowledge of the PCB area to be very helpful. Melisa was the agent a few years ago when we bought our rental condo in Florida, and was there for us any time we needed her. She was a huge help to us throughout the purchase process and was always looking out for our best interest. When we decided to sell that same condo a couple of months ago we called Melisa. She is very knowledgeable, always available, and answered all of our questions. Since we live in Missouri, it could have been a difficult situation selling our Florida condo. But Melisa went WAY above and beyond what a real estate agent would normally do! We are so grateful to her for the assistance she gave us. She is amazing and we can't thank her enough!
