Melissa did an outstanding job listing and selling our lake lot. She kept us informed every step of the way and took care of every detail from our first point of contact to the day we sat down to finalize the sale. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this extremely capable and thoughtful realtor.

WOW....Great Experience!!! We did not know what to expect when we asked Melissa to talk to us about selling our home. From our first meeting, my wife & I could tell she was very professional & knowledgable and talked to us like we were her only clients. We immediately knew we did not need to speak to any other realtors & signed on with Melissa. We were thinking we wanted a "1% realtor" but we quickly saw the value in going with a traditional 3% agent (the old adage, "you get what you pay for" is very true in home sales). As I said, she treated us like we were her only client, staged our house for us, hired a professional photographer (did not simply take pictures on her cellphone) and then told us how she was going to market our house. Our house sold after ONE DAY on the market for OVER LIST (even as the market seems to be slowing down). We could not have asked for anything more. She answers all calls, emails & texts right away and ensured that we have the information that we need. She was hands on & with us every step of the way, from initial listing, through inspection & at closing. If/When we buy our next home, we will contact Melissa and only Melissa!!!

She helped us so much to buy our first house. Whenever we had any questions about house purchase process, she answered us as soon as possible and in detail. Even after closing, she was really helpful to solve the stuffs between us and the seller.

Melissa helped me search for a house remotely because I lived in a different state. She is personable and friendly and listened to what I had to say. I trusted and valued her honest opinion on the houses that we looked at using Zoom. She selected the houses that met my criteria and went above and beyond in getting me the house that was perfect for my needs. She has also been helpful in getting me the contacts I need to get the house inspected, repaired and cleaned for my arrival into my new home!

Melissa is the the most incredible person AND realtor! She was so patient with us as we searched for our first home and so attentive to our needs. I loved that she never tried to just stick us in a home--she really took her time with us until we found The One. She explained every single step in the process with no judgment and persevered to help us find a home with the criteria we gave her. She is kindness and sunshine in human form!
