We thought we had an impossible short sale request, it took time, but Melissa was diligent in making it happen. She explained everything along the way, and even when we wanted to give up, she kept us going all the way to the end. I am so thankful for all her help in making this happen and saving us from foreclosure.

It was a pleasure to work with Melissa. Sometimes this process can be very difficult but Melissa answered the call going above and beyond to close this deal for us. working with her through out the transaction was amazing. We would recommend her to anyone out there.

I first contacted Melissa online because I was well impressed by how she presented herself via her website. I had not yet come to Boise, and was seeking a realtor who would help me decide where in the Treasure Valley to move to. I came here to visit and look -- not to buy -- and she willingly showed me around, took me to possible houses, and helped me learn about Boise. When I returned later in the year, this time prepared to buy, she again was very helpful in finding the "right" house. In the ensuing 4 years, she has assisted me in buying 2 "flip" houses, and a second one that I now live in. Always professional, competent, and enthusiastic, she's great to work with.

We were new to the town of Boise and Melissa did a great job explaining the surrounding area to us. Once she got a feel for the lay out of the homes we were interested in, she was on target for showing us great properties. Melissa has a wonderful personality and was a go-getter.
