I can't say enough good things about Melissa. Her knowledge of the value of homes in the upper valley and her marketing skills to get our home sold quickly were beyond our expectations. We have previously bought and sold 5 homes. Of all the realtors we have worked with, Melissa was by far the most professional and competent. Easy to work with and had our interest in mind throughout the process. She has solid knowledge of the area and seems to have a great network of resources. Melissa is great real estate agent. In our case, after a thorough research we chose to sell our home using her services. To begin with her commission was very reasonable and is really worth it after we have seen the outcome of her services. She guided us from the beginning of how to showcase our house for the visual appeal for taking professional photos, selecting the listing price, planning the showing’s coordinating with buyer’s agents and potential buyers, choosing the right bidder. We have a new born who is 1 month old and mentioned her our situation that we wouldn’t be able to accommodate frequent showings of the house. Melissa had an innovative idea of arranging an Open House to attract multiple buyers through her network at the same time. We are really pleased for her dedication towards the work. She went above and beyond to go for shopping curtains and wall paintings that suits our furniture and surroundings. Melissa is super fast in responding to our queries and clarified all our questions on a timely basis. She facilitated us in many ways in order to close the house without any hiccups. We ended up getting multiple offers and end up in bidding in just a matter of 2 days of Open House over the weekend. She also assisted to rent back the place by properly communicating with the buyers agent as our situation demanded. She also helped hire a cleaning company for move out cleaning and made sure cleaning is done appropriately after we left the town. I can’t ask anything more. We are very fortunate to find Melissa as our Sellers agent. I wouldn’t expect things would have gone so smoothly without Melissa and couldn’t thank her enough for all the efforts she has put into selling our home for the right price. This is the 4th time I've worked with Melissa. I know that whether I'm buying or selling I can count on Melissa to get me the best deal. She always goes to bat for me and is a GREAT negotiator, respecting everyone's boundaries throughout the process, including our own. I could have sold my last property through a private sale, but I decided to hire Melissa instead, and in the end, even after paying the commission, I ended up making more money. I can't recommend her enough.

Melissa did an outstanding job in selling our home. She demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the Upper Valley (NH and VT properties), listened to our desires first, and only then shared her thoughts on strategy and initial list price backed by current market comps and trends. She communicated thoroughly and promptly. Her photographer did an amazing job capturing the uniqueness yet move-in readiness of a 100+ year old house, thereby generating immediate interest from prospective buyers. Melissa attended the majority of the showings, including those with buyers agents which no doubt contributed to the short duration before the property went under contract. Having bought and sold multiple properties with several agents, Melissa clearly stands out as a favorite!

My entire family has worked with Melissa through the sale and purchase of several homes over many years. She is absolutely wonderful, always available (even while on vacation!), and very knowledgeable. She has guided us through many tough spots with patience and wisdom. She will pick you up when you run off the road in a snow storm on the way to closing, call the tow truck for you, and make sure you have everything you need, including lunch. Even after the sale is final, she is always available for assistance and advice. She truly goes above and beyond in all respects.

Melissa helped us find the right home in one of the craziest seller's markets. We were moving to the Lebanon, NH area and we began the house search process a year in advance by looking for the right realtor. We set up house showings with a handful of realtors and, from beginning, Melissa found a way to make time for us and get us in to see houses we were interested in. That was not the case with some other realtors we tried. Some were eager to meet with us and not show us any houses. We spent close to a year looking for the right house with Melissa and not once did she pressure us to purchase a home we were not comfortable with. As our lease was running out, and the pressure to find a home to purchase (or to rent) neared, Melissa continued to get us in to see houses. We made a handful of offers and Melissa always let us make the offer we wanted with gentle guidance. She stayed positive, even when most of our offers were not accepted. She reassured us many times not to give up, that we would find the right house. In the end, she helped us find a home that we absolutely love. Thanks, Melissa!
