We met Melissa in 2003 when she was assigned to us through a service that helped existing home owners sell their houses when they signed a purchase contract for a new construction home. She made the process SO easy for us.

That's when we started referring her to any family or friends that needed a realtor.

When the real estate market in Las Vegas crashed, Melissa examined the market and adapted to the situation. When many other realtors in the area were closing shop, Melissa dug in deeper, determined to help homeowners navigate the bumpy roads of short sales, including ours. She had her own business by then, and not only did hers survive, it thrived.

The house she helped us get into in 2003 became a house we needed help getting out of in 2013 as we prepared to retire and move from the Las Vegas Valley. The short sale process is NOT short, and there were many times that we felt the banks were not acting in our best interest. Melissa did, though; there were times during our short sale process that she called the banks daily, sometimes more than once per day, to help move things along for us.

It was also during this process that we needed a rental home to live in until we actually relocated. As if she were helping me to purchase, she arranged for us to look at 12-15 houses in the area we were interested in. I was able to sign a lease within 2 days.

Melissa will always be the ruler that I measure other realtors by. So far, I haven't met another one that has even come close. Two words to describe Melissa as an agent: True Professional.
