My husband and I have dealt with several real estate agents on other properties that we have bought in the past and we both agree that Melody is the best. We had a great experience with her. My husband and I have opposite tastes on properties and Melody found OUR dream home. She went above and beyond any other real estate agent i've ever experienced or seen. She knows what she is doing and it shows! We bought and sold through Melody. I definately recomend her!!

I sold my house in December of 2011 - and if it was not for all of Mel's hard work and persistance, it never whould have happened!!! She went way above and beyond to ensure we were closed by the date I needed to be in my new house.

I appreciated the hard work she did to keep the other realitor on track and the BANKS (this was a really big issue considering we were dealing with BofA) straight. She never once stopped working for me, even when the first buyer backed out, she had another buyer within 3 days!!!!! I reccomend her 110%. Thanks MEL!!!

She is very good at helping find houses that fit into the categories that house hunters are looking for. She was great in communicating her professional opinion during the process of placing an offer on a house, the inspection, and closing. She works around your schedule and offers great people in the real estate to help you in the house buying process.

Buying a home is the biggest investment most people are likely to make in their lifetime and it should be a positive/exciting experience. I hear too many times of the horror stories that people have when it comes to buying a home and how frustrating the process had been, in large part due to their agent. Dealing with Melody was quite the opposite!

I purchased my home last year in Middleton and Melody did a fantastic job!! We were able to find a property, close the sale and move in within about 30 days. She pays very close attention to detail, provides exceptional response times, is available for help in off hours of the day and really, truly cares about her buyers!! I know from past experience that these are qualities that make a highly successful and effective real estate agent.

Melody knows Canyon County and the surrounding area as good if not better than anybody else out there. She has earned my business for my current home and for any future real estate transactions. I would highly recommend hiring Melody for all of your real estate needs!

I was incredibly pleased with Melody and her attention to detail, how quickly she responded to every thing I needed and how thorough she was. This was my first time buying a house and was so thankful with how well she explained everything to me. In addition to the highest marks possible in the categories above, the qualities that come to mind are persistent, goes above and beyond expectations to get things done, professional, and of course, fun to hang out with. Things don't always go the way you want, but Melody will work very hard to make it happen, investigating and explaining every option along the way.Melody helped my wife and I purchase two homes in the last year, and I cannot speak highly enough about her. We were moving from Colorado, got Melody's name from a friend, and once I contacted her, she was our eyes and ears in Boise. She went to homes we were interested in and took endless amounts of pictures and always included her expert opinion on the everything, especially things that weren't obvious from the pictures (perceived value, neighborhood, feel of the layout, etc.)The service didn't drop a bit once we were in Boise, from dealing with a bank owned home, our crazy schedules, annoying lenders (our fault), Melody was always a professional in every sense and always pleasant to be around...which is nice when going through stressful situations like moving and buying homes.We have literally no complaints about any part of our experience with Melody, wouldn't use anyone else in the future, and would highly recommend anyone else to use her.
