We engaged Melony to find us a property at Holden Beach for short term rentals and personal use. She started showing us properties that fit our description but as we toured the properties she listened to our comments and slowly modified the search criteria. We ended up buying a property through her at Ocean Isle Beach that we originally would not have considered. She was very patient and understanding and 'read between the lines' to find us what we didn't even know we would love.Two years later we considered selling the property and engaged her again. She made some suggestions for low cost improvements that would increase the property's value. After the improvements she gave her suggestion for the asking price. We thought it was too high but she was confident she could sell it at that price. We had to wait a couple of weeks for a tenant to move out and she used the time to drum up interest. Two days before it was going to be available to show she suggested we raise the price substantially. We were hesitant but finally agreed. She sold it the first day of showings for the asking price.Wow. What a professional!

I highly recommend Melony! She helped us purchase a new build at OIB which just recently closed after months of waiting. Melony professionally navigated through all sorts of disruptions, including construction delays and uncommunicative sellers, and she regularly checked in on the progress for us since we were buying from out of town. If I buy another property in that area, Melony will be my first call!
