About Melony Rice

After vacationing to NC in 2002 my husband and I knew that was where we wanted to move and raise our family. We moved to Brunswick County in 2006 and quickly fell in love with all it has to offer. Being so close to so many great beaches, beautiful sunsets, fishing, golf courses and southern charm. I could not imagine living anywhere else.

I love helping people and it is my goal as your Real Estate agent to help you find that home where you can feel as at home as I do. Let me show you why I fell in love with this area and you too can call it home or home away from home!

If you are looking into selling your house, I would be a great advocate for you. I will put together and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to sell your home in the shortest period of time for the highest price possible. I will keep you updated and fully informed throughout the transaction while monitoring the sales and listings of comparable properties in your market area.

Please feel free to contact me so I can help you on this journey.

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor

From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...
