We were referred to Merideth by a friend and she did not disappoint. We were somewhat "Shooting from the hip" exploring our options but not quite dead set on purchasing anything. We chatted on the phone with her about what we had to have and some things we would like to have. Within an hour of ending the phone call we had an email with multiple options. She met us the next day (a holiday I might add) and showed us all of them. We really liked one of the new construction floor plans but not the location. Lucky for us she had another listing that would be a little outside of our projected timeline to close but it was the floorplan we loved and in the perfect location. We had a few small issues with the completion of the build due to weather and Covid but it wasn't even a speed bump for us with Meridith communicating with the builder keeping everything on time. We closed on the original date she gave us over 2 months prior to making the offer and we love our new home!

Tremendously professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Meridith was constantly going out of her way to assist us, was extremely responsive, and had very trustworthy advice… especially given that we were buying from out-of-state in a housing market that was very challenging to buy in. We’ve bought and sold multiple homes in various states and she was hands-down the absolute best realtor we’ve done business with.

Meridith is an exceptional realtor. She went above and beyond for us. She listened to our needs and desires and we are now living in our dream home! She was always available for us to speak with and when a house was on the market that she knew we would love she immediately contacted us. We were house hunting from a different state and when we traveled here to see a home she was always on time and ready.

Meridith is a dream to work with! My house needed a fair amount of work done before I could sell it, and she handled every bit of the process quickly and competently. She's very knowledgeable and I felt informed throughout the entire ordeal. Cannot recommend enough!
