About Michael Cowles

Raised in a real estate family on LBI, Michael is a graduate of Stockton University and has been a full time agent for 7 years. His knowledge of LBI's history and local real estate market is extensive. Although he is fairly "new" to the business by industry standards, he has been a consummate salesman most of his life. At the age of 12 he was credited with the sale of a property his aunt purchased after going door to door to locate the owner. Michael's hard work ethic, commitment to his clients, savvy negotiation skills, cutting edge marketing ideas have been the driving forces of his success.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys going to the beach, swimming, boating, gardening and spending time with friends and family. He is also the Assistant Principal French Horn in the South Jersey Area Wind Ensemble and a member of the Atlantic Pops Community Band.
