Mike was truly committed to seeing this sale through to the very end, including helping my tenant pack out on time so as not to delay the closing. We purchased a secondary home that was a short sale. The process took 8 months from the time we put in our offer until the closing. Mike was extremely patient and kept us updated the entire time. Mike is extremely knowledgeable about Lewes. Even though our purchase is complete, we know that we can call him at anytime with questions or even to check on our home when we are not there.
