Michael helped us find our fabulous weekend home! Michael provided phenomenal service throughout every step of my home purchase. He is an expert in his field of work and professionally communicates with all involved parties. He has a large network of outside services to make the home buying process run seamlessly. Michael is very familiar with the Southern Maryland area which cut down tremendously on the time it took to find my perfect home. Michael was very helpful and made sure My wife and I are comfortable before making an offer. Michael is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. He put a lot of effort researching and finding lenders with lowest interest rate for my wife and I, which he didn't have to do. Michael sold and closed my villa house in less than three months, no less in a buyer's market, in Worman's Mill neighborhood of Frederick, MD. I highly recommend Michael, he went the extra mile.
