My Real Estate career has come full circle. And, yes, I did coach for over 20 years a number of sports including football at all levels from pee wee to college. I am back listing and selling and working with investors. In 2005 Adams Cameron & Co. REALTORS hired me as their manager for the Palm Coast market. As the market began to slow I moved my real estate career to managing and selling in the Daytona Beach area for several other companies before being reunited with Adams Cameron & Co in December 2010. I have been active with the local board of REALTORS and served as the education chairman for 2009 and 2010. I began investing in 1977 in Fort Wayne, IN, and owned and managed 120 units and properties. I opened my own office and quickly became known as an excellent trainer.
In 1991 our company merged with Coldwell Banker and I began to train for them. I traveled from coast to coast when Coldwell Banker expanded into the Canadian real estate market. I still teach real estate continuing education. In 2001 my wife, Chris, and I had the opportunity to purchase a home in Nags Head, NC on the Outer Banks. The opportunity to live on the ocean was one we could not pass up. For the next four years I managed the largest building and real estate company on the Outer Banks. The love of warm weather, the ocean, and the great Florida real estate market brought us to Daytona Beach. On August 2, 2004 we purchased a second (rental home). A few days later the hurricanes hit. We had enough damage that we decided to move from the Outer Banks to Daytona Beach in 2005. I have been fortunate to work with top organizations throughout my career. Chris and I appreciate, every day that we get a chance to work and live in paradise. I am working out of the 600 S. Atlantic office. I hope we can do business together. Go to: 32118Condo.com.
