As a resident of both CHARLESTON (Isle of Palms/Mt.Pleasant) and CHARLOTTE (Lake Wylie area), Michele is licensed in NC and SC and is a member of the Charleston MLS and Charlotte MLS which includes Asheville, Hendersonville and the surrounding towns. Tech savvy (loves analyzing market data) she specializes in customized home searches for buyers and luxury home marketing plans for sellers on the coast, as well as in SW Charlotte (Rock Hill, Lake Wylie, Clover, Fort Mill, Tega Cay) Flexible to her clients' needs and timelines, she can meet with you anywhere in between in initiate your home search - and will be able to talk to you about your diverse real estate goals.
