Michele was an awesome realtor; I recommend her to everyone! She was extremely knowledgeable with the whole process, and really helped my husband and I determine what our wants/needs in our first home were. She asked a lot of questions to get to the heart of what we were looking for, and kept that at the top of her priority list! She found listings VERY fast, and was able to coordinate with us to see houses as soon as possible (giving us the best chances with an offer). She gave us tons of options, highlighting the things we’d asked to see, and that was incredibly helpful for us. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the timeline, closing, taxes, numbers, inspection, and so much more, and Michele has plenty experience to answer all of these questions with an abundance of information! All she cared about was to make a sale. She terribly failed me and looked the other way just so she can make a sale. She took advantage of my trust in her. I Do NOT recommend using Michele Youngblood as your real estate agent. Go the other way.
