Michele is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She's has been incredibly patient with us in our house hunting. It took a long time to find a home in such a tough market, but with her determination and guidance, we were successful in helping us find our next home. Michele was an awesome realtor; I recommend her to everyone! She was extremely knowledgeable with the whole process, and really helped my husband and I determine what our wants/needs in our first home were. She asked a lot of questions to get to the heart of what we were looking for, and kept that at the top of her priority list! She found listings VERY fast, and was able to coordinate with us to see houses as soon as possible (giving us the best chances with an offer). She gave us tons of options, highlighting the things we’d asked to see, and that was incredibly helpful for us. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the timeline, closing, taxes, numbers, inspection, and so much more, and Michele has plenty experience to answer all of these questions with an abundance of information! She also has great connections to lenders and inspectors!Hands down, Michele was the best realtor we could have asked for!!

All she cared about was to make a sale. She terribly failed me and looked the other way just so she can make a sale. She took advantage of my trust in her. I Do NOT recommend using Michele Youngblood as your real estate agent. Go the other way.

Michele was very responsive and available. She was not afraid to tell us the truth and was very transparent the whole time. She made the buying process very smooth. We were very impressed and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.Her company website made it such an easy process when filtering through our options. We could input specific criteria to see homes that matched exactly what we were looking for.

Michele is hands down a baller! She provided me with consistent communication and options in making a life changing decision towards my home purchase. The process was fluent and efficient. On top of that Michele provided expertise knowledge of quality home building needs and reflection for me. She was a great sound board for me and very patient with my expectations as well as wants. She felt more like family than a realtor. Especially going after my budgetary needs. She held my best interest throughout the process and I am thankful for that.
