Michelle Carpenter has over 23 years of experience in the real estate business, which has encompassed everything from commercial and residential leasing, management and sales. In 1996, Michelle acquired her real estate broker’s license and created Carpenter & Company, Inc. In 2013 a new collaboration was realized with business partner, Jennifer LeBlanc. It was then that Precise Realty Corp was formed, a real estate firm based on the vision of providing sellers and buyers exceptional service from a team of highly competent real estate professionals.
