Debra and Mike Peach tried to list as high as possible, but when no offers came in they advised me to lower the price, put some expense into the house and refresh the house. My Fiancée and I painted inside and out, landscaped and painted the garage walls and stained the floor. I was very surprised how different the house looked. It looked so much better, it sold in 2 days. We had over 30 showings within 2 months. I have sold 4 houses and I never had this much interest. I believe Debra and Mike directly effected the high amount of showings. I had tried to sell for a year with no luck.

They made suggestions on homes to consider, AND gave us a link to look at many homes online, at our convenience.They explained the financial aspects of purchasing the home. I am a first time home buyer, and I have Mike and Debra Peach to thank for making it such a smooth and wonderful experience. Right away they set me up an account with Peach Realty's website that provides email updates whenever a home comes on the market that meets my search criteria. On this site, I was able to put each property in a category: "Reject," "Possible," or "Favorite." I could also save notes and send messages directly to Debra from the website. This was very helpful in the early stages of looking for a home. Mike and Debra were always very fast to respond to my questions about the home-buying process and were very good at explaining every step of the journey. They always made themselves available to show us homes, and were ready with inspection reports or other helpful information about whatever property we wanted to tour. They work well with other agents when it comes time to negotiate an offer. They are Southern hospitality at its finest! I just cannot say enough positive things about Mike and Debra Peach. They are wonderful!

Mike and Debra were a tremendous help when I was searching for a home. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the Raleigh real estate market and all of the processes involved with purchasing a house. They walked me through all of the steps and explained everything thoroughly. I was a first time purchaser and they made everything much easier!
