These two are amazing people. Very helpful with what your looking for and very knowledgeable when it comes to looking at houses. I highly recommend these two. They by far are the best and get things done with no delays. Last but not least they are very flexible with hours and work with your schedule. I work nights so usually it's hard to fit in stuff but they worked with me and it was great! ???? Ps. They are great with negotiation. Was able to get house for less then asking price

As a first time home buyer, I worked with Liliana for about a month (give or take a week). I've heard several horror stories about the stress home buying can cause. I have to say that Liliana put all of that to rest for me. Liliana is extremely friendly while also being professional. I felt at complete ease with her and she made the process painless and comfortable. Liliana made herself available to me for any questions I may have had at any time of the day. If for any reason she did not know the answer she would work hard to get it and get back to me ASAP. She stood with me the entire process and I seriously felt like I was her only client (I did confirm that I wasn't, which just shows how dedicated she was to me). I did not work with Mike but Liliana would communicate back to him on my behalf. I had no idea what this process would entail but I felt okay with that because Liliana made sure to explain everything she could to me in ways that I can understand. I highly recommend Liliana Quaglia for your home buying experience. She is definitely welcome in my home! If I ever find that I am in the market again, I will be looking her up first!

Great Reators:As a first time buyer I really had no clue of where to start and what the important questions I needed answered before putting in an offer or deciding if a home was a good fit for me or not. At first I went with an agent I had never researched but I “thought” we had a connection. Before anything decide whether or not the agent has the best interest at heart for you whether it’s as a seller or a buyer. My first agent kept telling me I was going to lose the house and I needed to put an offer over asking with every home I had a glimpse interest in. I quickly realized I was going nowhere with her and found Liliana & MIke Quaglia after calling into their office to ask for a home. I met them at a home I was interested in and not only did they explain the home buying process crystal clear but they also pointed out things in the home that were good and bad. Liliana & MIke really knows what they’re doing and they are not PUSHY in anyway on buying the first home right away. When buying a home you want the realtor to be persistent and reachable. They would let me know if they were going to be unreachable for a couple of hours but they always found a way to communicate with me. I did see about 5 homes with Liliana & MIke and with every single one they gave me their honest opinion on my chances of getting the home in this high demand market and although it wasn’t always the best news to hear at least I wouldn’t get my hopes up on a house that was going to go past my price range. I actually only had to write 2 offers and the second offer was accepted because of Liliana & MIke’s excellent work. They know how to make your offer competitive and that’s key in the home buying process. They helped me through the whole process from beginning to end and even after the home closed. Liliana & MIke are an excellent real estate agents in short words. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!
