Mindy far exceeded our expectations when helping find our first home after relocating from out of state.In November 2013 my family (pregnant wife & 2 children) & I were relocated to Austin TX. We began our journey to finding our first home. The Austin Market was and still is a hot competitive market. We needed a Realtor that was :* Knowledgeable of the Austin & surrounding areas,* Responsive, * Accessible * & most of all patient.with staying power to guide us in our journey to find the perfect home with in our budget in specific areas. Mindy met all these parameters above what we ever could have expected!Mindy is a very professional Realtor with extensive knowledge of the Austin market and surrounding areas & the processes. She initially helped us find a temporary rental home while we began our search for a home purchase in Spring of 2014. She was very responsive and quick to point out properties that met our needs. When ever we needed her she was readily available and returned our e-mails/calls promptly. SHe never let a home slip by that she thought we would need to see. She acted with urgency on our behalf every step of the way.We looked at over 20 homes and put offers on more 1/2 dozen many. I've worked with several agents, and no one compares to Mindy. There isn’t a realtor around who gives more of herself or works as hard to find the perfect property for her clients. She tirelessly searched for an ideal home for me in South Austin, willing to travel long distances to provide a showing. Mindy is simply in one word AMAZING! She is one of the hardest working business women I've ever come across. She definitely goes the extra 10 miles!Not only did she work night and day to find us our dream home, she is expert in negotiation, contracts, and interior decorating (she greatly assisted us in picking out finishes for our home). Her communication skills are excellent through email, text and phone. She gets things done now and not later.Her experience extends beyond just buying and selling...she is top notch in real estate investment and flipping houses.
