About Miriam Ruiz, Broker

 

I have over 16 years of real estate experience as a licensed broker and property manager. I have developed long term relationships with realtors, builders, developers, investors and landlords that have made my company successful. I have my own portfolio of rental property and investment land and own several LLC's.  

I was born and raised in Panama where I graduated of the University of Panama and majored in Business Administration. After graduating I started my own business as Insurance Agent, and then I moved to Puerto Rico in 1987 where I worked for 13 years in the Subsidized Housing Industry as Field Director for several complexes in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico 

I offer a full-service professional and a seamless, stress-free transaction by managing your entire real estate experience. I have received multiple Diamond Awards for sales and have been the top sales agent in several other brokerages office that I have worked for.
