We were recommended to have Mitzi and her partner Johnathan as our realtors. Mitzi answered all my questions, and was there for me literally day or night anytime I had a concern or question. She showed us many houses and she always worked around our schedule! Johnathan handled the paperwork side and was just as informative and quick to answer. We found a perfect home for my husband, baby, and myself to grow our family in. Mitzi negotiated for us and got us a great deal! Johnathan got our paperwork done super quick, and made sure we understood everything we signed. One day my husband and I would love to build, and there is no other team we'd ask to help us sell or buy.

Buying your first home can be really scary, but I luckily was contacted by Mitzi when I was surfing the web like a lost puppy haha! I was nervous - didn’t know what to expect. I recently moved here from Florida, and Mitzi Matlock was a godsend!! She was so very patient and accommodating to me, as I was moving back the area where I grew up in, and was very picky on what I wanted. Lol. She would sometimes look at the same house with me twice!!! Just so I could make sure if I wanted it or not. During the buying process, she and Johnathan were very helpful and making sure that I was up-to-date on the process, that I knew what I was signing, and that it was a smooth process. If I had any questions, they were very responsive and/or would find out for me. Mitzi became like family to me, and I appreciate her so much! If you need a good realtor in the area, Mitzi Matlock and Johnathan are the best in the business!! And if I ever need a realtor in the future, I will be contacting them for sure and referring family and friends.

Mitzi was absolutely fantastic to work with! She was quick to respond to any and all of our concerns and she always made us feel like we could reach out to her for anything. As first time home buyers, the process is daunting, but Mitzi and her partner Jonathan explained everything to us in great detail we never felt like we were making blind decisions. I began working with Mitzi and her partner Jonathan Poindexter last year in 2021, and for several months in that chaotic market, we tried and tried but had no success. Throughout the process, Mitzi and Jonathan informed me on all the ins-and-outs of the real estate market and buying process. As a first time buyer, the both of them were exceptionally helpful in bringing me up to speed and patiently answering all of my questions.Ultimately, I was being priced out of homes, and I decided to wait until this year, 2022. Throughout all the discouraging process, Mitzi and Jonathan continually maintained an air of optimism. By the end of the process, I'm sure they felt like therapists listening to me vent.Fortunately this year, we had better luck, and I was able to land a starter home and stop renting. Mitzi and Jonathan are both professionals and left me confident that I was in capable hands. They answered all sorts of questions under the sun, and were available basically any reasonable hour (and some unreasonable ones). Mitzi was game for going on-site with me to check places out any time I needed. Mitzi also helped me shop multiple counties - Dickson, Cheatham, Williamson... Mitzi and Jonathan's contacts in the business made it very easy for me to transition along the various steps of the buying process, and they had the expertise to make sure no pitfalls got in the way.Since moving into the home, I have actually still be in contact with her, and she's helped me out since already.I'll definitely be recommending Mitzi and Jonathan to anyone I know who is shopping in this area!

Mitzi and team are consummate professionals. She went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We bought and sold more than a dozen homes in our lifetime and by far Mitzi ranks #1 in my book! She went and previewed homes for us and sent pictures, as we were moving from Memphis to the Nashville area. It was difficult to get there and back, so her taking the extra time and effort to find the perfect place was truly appreciated. She is an excellent Communicator, and really knows real estate. She always answered my calls and texts, no matter the time of day. If we were to do it again, she would be who we chose to represent us.
