I don't even know where to begin in describing how wonderful our experience was in working with Nahed. At the very beginning of our process, Nahed took the time to understand our needs and wants and curated the perfect group of homes to see. It allowed us to see what the bottom of our budget could purchase all the way up to what our stretch budget would purchase. It was an excellent perspective we needed in order to make our decision.When we decided on the home for us, Nahed was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated throughout the negotiations, helping us come to a suitable agreement in a very short period of time.And finally during the closing process Nahed went above and beyond the call of duty and was will us at every step. We had a particularly complex closing for a number of reasons. Nahed was always available, communicated status updates on a regular basis and rolled up her sleeves on issues that she certainly did not have to.Most importantly, Nahed made us feel calm during what should be an extremely stressful process. We are overly thankful for all her hard work and help.

Nahed is outstanding and the best realtor you will work with in Fairfield County! We know we've talked with a few. She is a subject matter expert when it comes to her field of expertise (i.e. the Greenwich real-estate market) and a consummate professional. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. She took the time to understand our wants and desires and helped us to negotiate those with our ‘must haves’. She identified those immediately and understood the nuances and differences between what I wanted vs. what my wife wanted and this really helped us cut down on wasted time or effort. Nahed was flexible, reasonable, patient (as we hunted for the right home), and thoughtful given the challenging market conditions. She also was up-front and honest when we needed her to be, helping guide us at every turn. Her responsiveness was unparalleled - she was always available to chat/txt and it was consistent throughout the whole lifecycle of the house purchasing process. Beyond that there was never an issue too small (or too big) that she could not help us overcome. She put in the extra effort, oftentimes helping us solve issues that were completely outside of her area. Nahed treated us like family; We knew she had our best interest at-heart through her words and her actions. We want to express how grateful we are to Nahed Hallaba for all her help in our purchase of a new home as well as rental of our existing house. She was a pleasure to work with and most helpful over and above the call to duty. She conducted herself with the utmost professionalism. It took us a while to find the right house and in fact we went through negotiations with several houses. Nahed was very patient throughout. She gave us good advice and always gave consideration to our wishes. Buying and renting houses is rather stressful but it was all made easier with Nahed’s help and support. Nahed is a fantastic realtor and an invaluable resource for all real estate matters.
