Originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, my family and I moved to Pensacola, Florida in 1980. This is home to us! We love the beautiful sugar white beaches, easy living atmosphere, wonderful seafood restaurants, festivals, quaint shops and the friendly people!! My business experience is well rounded, starting in the administrative field, years ago, graduating to the marketing and sales field in the late 1980's.
My sales experience includes retail, outside advertising, direct and now home sales...by far, my favorite. It is so rewarding to help people that are either buying their first home or selling a home to move up or move down in homesize. Everyone's experience is different and I meet so many interesting people!!!
Having been a consumer of real estate buying and selling, I understand the challenges of searching or selling a property. The sale of my home was a "short sale." Nancy worked with the bank on my behalf to make sure everything went smoothly. I listed the home mid-March and closed at the end of July. That would have been good timing for a regular sale but it is outstanding for a short sale. Nancy was with me every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

My homestead was a unique property with acreage and multiple structures, but was hidden from street view as it was completely surrounded by natural woods. Nancy suggested that a professional photographer who had the capability of taking some aerial views of the property could really capture and showcase all that the home site had to offer. This suggestion proved invaluable as the pictures were awesome and the home attracted instant attention. We had two offers almost immediately, and a signed contract a few weeks later.
