This past fall my husband and I decided to move ourselves and our two small children to Indianapolis. We are definitely city people and were looking for a home near downtown within proximity to our children’s school on a very modest budget. We settled on the East side/Irvington area and had our first meeting with Nathan. He was cheerful, positive and helpful. I knew right away that he would not rest until we had found the one. Nathan was honest with us as we viewed each home and answered all of our questions either on site or shortly thereafter. There was never a time when Nathan was unavailable during business hours and he was always prompt in his responses. If he couldn’t get an answer right away he always sent an email stating when he would be able to take care of the concern. I never felt as though he had forgotten us. He always made my husband and I feel like the top priority and gave us a sense of having a partner in the crazy world of home buying. Nathan not only helped us find a home, but he also gave us great recommendations concerning contractors and an outstanding home inspector. He was watching out for us every step of the way, and this gave me great peace of mind during a very chaotic time. We were not easy to please and had our hearts set on finding just the right home. We looked on many occasions over a period of three months. Nathan was very patient with us and understood what we were looking for. With each home that we viewed he had taken our likes and dislikes into consideration, as well as our budget. This was not an easy task, but he was never discouraged. He was even good spirited on the few occasions that we had to bring our children along. And saying that they were excited to look at homes would be an understatement. At closing Nathan was as excited as we were that we had found such a great home for our family. He had worked far harder than we had, but still presented us with thoughtful gifts including an amazing pie! I have to say that the best part about this process was coming out of this process knowing that I could call Nathan at any time with any real estate question and he would be available to answer. I feel as though we gained so much knowledge and were afforded so many resources while working with Nathan. He was truly a blessing to our family, and I would recommend him to any friend or family member looking for a home in the Indianapolis area.

Nathan was extremely persistent and always optimistic in the face of a very tough local real estate market. He succeeded in selling our house when a previous listing agent had failed. He always looked for a way to succeed whenever an obstacle appeared in the path of our ultimate goal of selling the house. His energy level is amazing and his contacts network is extensive. I will recommend Nathan to anyone who will listen.

Nathan is an excellent realtor. We have bought several homes and never had a realtor as good as Nathan. He is always there when you need him and when he is showing a house he comes prepared with information on the house and some other possibilities that maybe of interest. He has a lot energy and you never feel that he doesn't have time to meet with you or talk to you. Every question will be answer and if he does not know he will find out. He is very personable and honest. I could go on and on about how great he is. Bottom line if you are searching for a home or some sort of real estate Nathan is the man for the job. You will not be disappointed.

We recently sold our home with Nathan Pfahler and our experience was AMAZING. We got a great offer on our THIRD Showing in the middle of winter! How crazy is that?! He guided us through every step and would be there every time for my random questions. He really understands that selling a home could be a stressful time especially when your schedules are hectic and you have small children – but the whole time I felt like it was easy breezy! We can't say enough about Nathan's expertise and work ethic. Nathan was available to us through our whole process of selling and buying a home. His level of knowledge ranges from location to what types of windows were installed in the home. Nathan relieves a lot of the stress and hassle of buying and selling a home.
