We recently worked with Nathan as we were considering selling our home and buying in another area nearby. Nathan was professional and helpful without being pushy, and he provided plenty of valuable input as we looked at different homes and areas. While we ultimately made the decision not to move at this time (which is why we could not provide a rating for his negotiation skills), we plan on contacting Nathan again when we are ready to take that step. Nathan Weaver is our realtor who located, inspected the investment property, took extensive pictures and made sure everything was completed and ready for settlement. Nathan did all of this in our absence. He was very professional, ethical, trustworthy, timely and understanding. My wife and I purchased a house in the fall of 2018 with Nathan.He is very professional and courteous.I consider myself to be a tough sell, and we really caused Nathan to have to work hard to find us a house that met our needs.While we were looking to buy, Nathan was also selling our house. After his improvement/repair suggestions and the great listing of high res picture that he created, we had multiple showings immediately.We ended up taking the 4th offer I believe. Sold within 2 weeks I think.Nathan was right there to help negotiate the sale of our home and he accommodated our every need.We continued to look at what seemed like every house until one day Nate said you gotta see this one! Nathan was fantastic! He helped us negotiate the price of our house, handled all communication with the homeowner when we had questions, and was prompt in his answers to us. We reached out to Nathan to give us some insight into the Bradenton area and general housing market. He responded to us immediately and took the time to answer all of our questions. He grew up in Bradenton, so his knowledge of the area was hugely beneficial. He offered us some thoughts and advice, as well as gave us some factors to consider about buying a home that we had not taken into consideration yet.We have not yet purchased a house, so I cannot fairly speak to his negotiation abilities, however, given our experience with him thus far, I would have full confidence in his fairness, understanding of the market, integrity, and business sense.

Nathan took such good care of us while shopping for our forever home! From sending new listings to getting us into the ones we were interested in and informing us along the way of pros/cons for what we were looking for as well as what to look for in a home.
