After enjoying time in New Smyrna Beach for many years with my wife Zena, we made the move to live here. Like many people, spending weekends at the beach, we decided to take our own advice. We had dreamed of living & working here for years. As a full service New Smyrna Beach real estate professional, I work with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types.
Residential Single Family – My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise.
Condominiums – While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and I am an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.
Multi–family – Investors are great clients for me. Multi–family properties are a very unique market. The detailed return on investment and valuation calculations investors need to evaluate properties for rental are second nature to me.

Vacant Land – Land is a very special property class. I have always loved the quote by Will Rodgers, " Buy land, they ain't makin any more of it ! " It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up. It’s more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. I love helping Buyers see the potential, and help them acheive their goals.

I can't speak highly enough of Mr. Norton. His work ethic and integrity is phenomenal. He made the difficult process of purchasing a commercial piece of property palatable. Every hiccup, he had a solution for. Every bump in the road, he would find a way around. When we were frusterated he kept us on track.The competition in the real estate field is fierce and hard to know who to go to for help. Very thankful we found Mr. Norton.

I can't say enough about this man, he is truly amazing. After dealing with a terrible agent, Neil was our knight in shining armor. He was always willing to show us homes, deal with our craziness and at no point pressured us. He is the fun uncle of the real estate game. He helped us buy our first home a week before we got married and took care of everything. Neil is amazing and I would never consider another agent when trying to buy a home. He is the only sideburns sporting guy I need!!!!

Believe everything you read here- it is all true. Neil is the best guy you can have on your side when it comes to house hunting. We relocated from CA to FL and we had to buy our first house sight unseen in about 30 days, a fairly scary prospect. He tirelessly drove all over town looking at every house we inquired about, filming the properties and sending them via email. He responded to every question almost instantly, anytime of day, sometimes going back out to a property to clarify something. No question was ever too dumb and he always had a correct and helpful answer. He never tries to upsell you or show you a house that doesn’t fit your criteria, always sensitive to your price range. A huge plus for us was that he works remotely for all the paperwork, making it seem as easy as if you were in the office with him. He is honest and humble and he absolutely cares about his client’s best interests, especially in the negotiation process. He is also super fast; we were able to close on our wonderful house in our time frame. You really can’t find a better agent. My in-laws are shortly following us out to FL and they will definitely be using his services. We recommend that you do too.

Neil Norton was an awesome realtor to work with. We found him on Zillow and were pleasantly surprised how smoothly our transactions went. He found our dream home for us right off the bat! His knowledge of all the local fare and pertinent information was invaluable and he actually is still helping us getting to know our way around. Upon filling out a request for information on a local property, I was promptly contacted by Neil Norton with his offer of assistance. From our first meeting I felt I truly had someone on my "team" to find the perfect property for my needs! The entire process took several months of looking, reading, and touring, but at last....... Neil helped me secure the property of my dreams! He listened closely to my requests, and had my best interest in mind. (24/7 it seemed like!) I know a few local realtors, however NOT like this guy. He was terrific, and was also very kind and caring of the seller who had some problems along the way personally. It was impressive seeing and hearing how he handled the situation.
