After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Nelle started her career in the marketing and advertising industry representing such clients as Opryland USA in Nashville, TN, Bailey, Banks & Biddle Jewelers in Dallas, TX and Strategic Sales and Marketing in Atlanta, GA.  Transitioning into real estate in 1986, she combined her father's love of the land and home building with her sales and marketing skills and soon became a top agent with Atlanta's most respected luxury real estate firm, being named Vice President, Managing Broker in 2005.

A Founding Member of the Luxury Home Marketing institute, Nelle was the first Realtor in Atlanta to earn certification in the marketing of luxury homes.  Additional study at the Harvard University Center for Leadership Development honed her skills in the art of negotiation.  As Owner-Founder of Palm Beach Real Estate Institute, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Relocation Specialist (ARS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, Nelle continues to appreciate the value of professional education and current industry knowledge.  "Knowledge is a key ingredient to successful customer service.  Equally important are values and discipline.  Do what you say you will do.  Be honest and trustworthy.  Treat people with respect.  Return phone calls.  My father always addressed customer needs and concerns immediately, and I am exactly like that" says Nelle.

    There are not enough positive adjectives in the English language to describe Nelle. Trying to find a realtor, especially one who absolutely has your best interest in mind, is a very scary endeavor. I was referred to and will forever be thankful for being sent to her. The first thing that I noticed about her was how completely responsive she is, no matter day or night, weekday or weekend. Her very kind heart was also very evident. What I went on to discover is that she is exceptionally knowledgeable in things related to your property and structures. I was amazed that she could tell that a foundation wasn’t secure, that a drainage system was absent in the basement and what things add value to your house. She also pointed out things I would never look at, or really know to look at. Things such as the condition and age of gutters, shingles, everything that we may encounter a problem with an a property. Ultimately, we found our dream home, and she could tell in our level of excitement and that it met so many of our desires. She worked tirelessly and endlessly to get everything correct for us and was a huge advocate in negotiating with the other realtor. She knows her stuff, doesn’t back down, but is very kind about it. I would recommend her 1000 times over.
