About Nelle Anderson

Nelle attributes her success to a well-honed combination of solid work habits, industry knowledge, a profound commitment to her customers and the good values she learned as a girl.  Values and discipline were always important in her family...she had no idea these traits would be the hallmark of her real estate success!

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Nelle started her career in the marketing and advertising industry representing such clients as Opryland USA in Nashville, TN, Bailey, Banks & Biddle Jewelers in Dallas, TX and Strategic Sales and Marketing in Atlanta, GA.  Transitioning into real estate in 1986, she combined her father's love of the land and home building with her sales and marketing skills and soon became a top agent with Atlanta's most respected luxury real estate firm, being named Vice President, Managing Broker in 2005.

A Founding Member of the Luxury Home Marketing institute, Nelle was the first Realtor in Atlanta to earn certification in the marketing of luxury homes.  Additional study at the Harvard University Center for Leadership Development honed her skills in the art of negotiation.  As Owner-Founder of Palm Beach Real Estate Institute, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Relocation Specialist (ARS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors, Nelle continues to appreciate the value of professional education and current industry knowledge.  "Knowledge is a key ingredient to successful customer service.  Equally important are values and discipline.  Do what you say you will do.  Be honest and trustworthy.  Treat people with respect.  Return phone calls.  My father always addressed customer needs and concerns immediately, and I am exactly like that" says Nelle.
