Lexington has been our families home for the past 4 years. My husband and children have felt at home from the time we arrived here. I want to give back to the community and help others find a home that they can love and cherish and let their families thrive in such a great atmosphere.
Previously I fulfilled a leadership role with an international airline for 10+ years. Working with the public has given me many skills that have not only benefited my professional career but also me as a person. I know what it takes to be patient, caring and truly listen to those that need my guidance and understanding. This is essential as I need to ensure that you have my undivided attention to detail and that you are guided through the process, whether buying or selling, and feel as though you truly understand how the process works and all of your questions or concerns have been met or addressed.

I am a real estate investor, so I have worked with many realtors over the years. Nima is the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with!As an investor who is still accumulating properties I have obviously interacted with many realtors. But I’m surprised to find d that most don’t really seem to follow through. I usually have to stay after them.I didn’t have any of those experiences with Nima.I was very pleased!!!!!

I had my house on the market with no traffic. Nima put it back on the market and sold it in record. She kept me in formed during the process. Nima found a new home for me and represented me during the buying process.

We got the house started to put up on sale in end of 2019. We were totally new at this and Mss Nima Sherpa help and guided through this Journey. We got a lot of hope and knowledge on the way and gave us great suggestions to sale our house.Was well knowledgeable, helpful,experienced and hardworking at her job. We had great pleasure experience till we sold the house. Definitely recommend anyone.

Nima is such a great realtor! I was very impressed upon my initial phone call with her while I was looking at various properties. She took time to explain the home buying process to me and was willing to answer any questions. Not only did Nima go above the call of duty during my home buying process, but she was very accommodating when difficult life situations arose. Nima was always on time and she was always prepared. Time is off the essence with her, so you can always reach her. If she misses your calls she will call back as soon as she can. She is very professional and highly dependable with excellent colleagues who assist her when she is not available. Nima is very knowledgable about real estate and she helped me get the best deal. Moreover, she is well versed in real estate investing which was very helpful to me. My home buying process was not typical, but Nima ensured things ran smoothly.
