Carroll County has been home for our family for the last 25 plus years. My husband and I have 4 children and currently reside in Westminster. I worked in the professional environment early in my career, but had the wonderful opportunity to stay at home with our children during their most impressionable years. I have been working in the real-estate industry for the last 10 years and have been licensed in the state of Maryland since October 25, 2005, and the State of Pennsylvania since March 17, 2015.
BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY:
I find real estate to be an enjoyable and gratifying lifestyle rather than a job.
‘Experience My Commitment’ is not simply a slogan you see on my business cards; it’s a pledge to all my customers indicating that I will provide them with the highest level of professional attention and service that is expected and required in today’s real estate market. Whether you are an investor, renting your first house, or buying your dream home, I look forward to guiding you through the real estate process in today’s challenging market.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:
COMMUNITIES SERVED:
I am licensed throughout the State of Maryland and have had transactions as far away as St. Mary’s county, but tend to concentrate my business efforts in Carroll and surrounding counties. I am also licensed in the State of Pennsylvania.
INTERESTS:
I love a good book, crocheting, and cooking together with my husband. I especially cherish the times when the entire family and our friends are able to gather for events. A house full of love and laughter certainly makes it a blessed home!

Nora was instrumental in helping my wife and I find a home we love. She provided direction and suggestions when we initially didn't know what we wanted, and when we had a better idea she helped evaluate and identify properties that matched the criteria we were looking for. As we looked at houses, Nora continued to agilely change which properties we would potentially look at based on things that she noted during the walkthroughs. When we finally decided on a property, Nora suggested local experts in relevant areas to take care of things like inspections, water testing, and evaluating our chimneys. In addition, we also initially had a loan provider who was providing sub-par service and Nora pointed us in the direction of a lender that worked with us for our situation. Overall I believe that if we had been in another realtors care, we wouldn't have been in as good a situation, and that's why I've recommended her to all my friends and family who have expressed interest in purchasing a house in the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Westminster, MD.
-----------------------------------------------
Nora handled the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. She was always incredibly responsive no matter when we called. Sometimes we wondered when she slept! She had a very thorough knowledge of all the various markets and players involved. She seemed to know all of the different real estate agents, title companies, mortgage brokers and movers in Maryland and Pennsylvania. This gave us confidence that we were being handled by a true Pro. She was a pleasure to deal with and made what is often a very stressful and difficult situation enjoyable. We would recommend her to anyone!

Sold a Single Family home in 2019 in New Freedom, PA.

Nora came recommended by my girlfriend to assist with listing and selling my townhouse. From initial sit down to closing table, the experience provided was outstanding. I had no experience listing and selling a home, but she was there every step of the way and made logical recommendations when needed. Even when I was being difficult and had doubts, she always had the right things to say to make my mind at ease. She has such great passion for the industry. Thank you, Nora. Looking forward to working together when we are ready to purchase.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2017 in Baltimore, MD.

Nora is simply the best. She has a warm and awesome personality and is more than willing to go to bat for you and work the extra mile (or 20) to make sure you have what you want. My fiance and I were entirely new to the process and she responded immediately with an extensive phone call to set up the first steps of the process and was there and responsive every step of the way. She found us an amazing house and helped to negotiate it to an incredible price along with help from the previous owners. I have already recommended her to several friends looking to purchase in the near future and would recommend her to anyone interested in an incredibly charming and intelligent realtor.

Risks And Rewards Of Selling Your Home Without A Realtor
From the perspective of a home buyer, the position of a real estate agent can seem unjustified in its existence. Why in the world would you pay someone 6% commission on the total sale price of your home, just so that they can set up a couple signs in the yard and do some paperwork? On the face of it, it seems utterly preposterous; why not just sell your home without a ...

How Your Appearance Affects Your Sales
As a real estate professional, you’ve probably heard one person or another talk about “dressing for success” while they show you their new watch or tailored suit.
