I've been looking at moving from apartments to buying my first home, and have spoken with Cheryl on several occasions over the last several months. We've mostly spoken in a consultation capacity as I learn the ins and outs of the home buying process. She has been very knowledgeable about the local market (Richardson/Plano area) and where/what to look for, and also with advice on mortgages, etc., which you might not typically associate with a realtor. I know who I'll be working with when I pull the trigger on my first home!

Wonderful experience! Had a lovely time talking with Cheryl Winnenberg about potentially moving to the Richardson area.
