Ocie was an awesome realtor to work with in our home buying process. There's quite a story and I won't bore you with details, but Ocie was our 2nd realtor to help sell the property. We should have went with him first!! After our 1st realtor just could not get anything going, we did the research and Ocie is / was at that time the best performing realtor in terms of closed deals in our local area. After listing the home with Ocie, we accepted an offer in just 3 weeks. This important as the house was on the market for several months with no offers before Ocie. While the first offer didn't close Ocie relisted the home and we received 2 offers within 24 hours accepting 1 and closing. Ocie was easy to connect with via text and provided guidance through the process. We for sure would use him again if we had another home to sell.
