Ocie went above and beyond as our realtor. We were first time homebuyers and Ocie was patient with us and always answered our questions in a timely manner. He was highly professional while also being personable. His contacts were also impecable when we needed inspections and were looking for a mortgage lender. He is now like family to us. Our home buying process was outstanding and if we did this again we would be using Ocie!!!

Ocie did an amazing job with making sure we found the perfect home for our family. We had a million questions and he answered each question. This was our first time buying a home, and Ocie made sure we were comfortable and kept us informed throughout each step. He is still readily available to us for anything we need him for. Ocie, is the perfect realtor, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. I needed to sell quickly and he went straight to work, my property was sold in two weeks. Our experience with Ocie, was exceedingly above our expectations. He has patience, patience, and more patience. That was number one for me. The numerous calls that I made early mornings or late night text he respond and the kicker was we were transitioning from Florida to Georgia and the realtor he is if we didn’t fly in, he went out and gave us virtual tours. His concern with our coming and going, making certain all is well and a prayer if you didn’t believe it was genuine and convincing Ocie, we thank you for putting up with us and getting us to the closing of our new home. Ocie did an amazing job assisting us with our homes sale. Even before he officially became our realtor he established himself as ‘family’ and gave us continuous advice and was honest and upfront about the process of getting our house sold. Once we officially became his clients Ocie went above and beyond and immediately had a great plan of action and got our house off the market within 2 days ! I can honestly say we were amazed and appreciated everything Ocie did for us in the short time we dealt with him. I wish we had met him earlier and started out with Ocie from our initial decision to sell our home.

Ocie greatly exceeded my expectations of what a Realtor should be. I was new to the area, but Ocie had a thorough knowledge of the area that was invaluable. He has the heart of a teacher and shared his real estate insight about the current market conditions and the overall transaction process. He patiently answered all my questions ( and I had many questions) and quickly responded to my texts and phone calls. Ocie is a skilled negotiator and that skill came into play when we made an offer on a home but then found a signification problem with the home after inspection. Ocie is a positive, enthusiastic and great all around person to work with and I was blessed to have him as my Realtor.
