Ann is energized to be in The Villages full time since 2005.   Having a home in The Villages is in itself a unique experience, one that she would like to share with you on a very personal level. Lia was raised in Southern Florida is now a resident of The Villages as a full time professional real estate agent. Both Ann and Lia are members of the Board of Realtors for Marion, Lake and Sumter Counties.  Lia as Realtor and former owner for her own Title Insurance Agency, has been involved in the real estate business for over 20 years.  Her first language is English and is fluent in Spanish

A proud member the largest American Legion Post 347 with over 9,000 members as of July 2018.  After visiting friends in The Villages she fell in love with The Villages' casual and active life style. The Villages is a trip back in time when you left your doors unlocked and felt safe in your surroundings. An avid golfer and tennis player she enjoys all that The Villages has to offer. As an owner of silver Miata MX5, she too is a member of The Villages Miata/MX5 Club. Her pride and joy are her English Springer Spaniels.
