It was a pleasure working with Ola to find my new house for my family. I’m so glad I had Ola as my real estate agent because she made sure I was taking care of like I was family. She has great communication and negotiation skills. She very prompt when it comes to responding to calls,text, and emails. She was always on time when it came to meeting for all the different showings for homes I went on,all the walk thrus , plus closing. She was able to get a refrigerator plus washer and dryer included in my deal when it wasn’t going to be included. She understands the clients needs and is very considerate of those things. She has great attention to detail and no matter how little the issue/problem with the home may be she will address it and have them have it fix quickly to your approval. Anyone looking for a real estate agent you can trust , that has your best interest at heart, you need to contact Ola Martin so she can help this potentially-would be stressful transaction go as smoothly and stressfree as possible..

Mrs. Ola Martin was the best agent I could ask for. Any questions I had, she was able to provide an answer and if not, she worked diligently to find the answer. Her communication was amazing throughout the entire process and I never had to worry about what came next because it was already in the works before I asked. She was very professional and insightful regarding the home buyer process and programs post-closing.
