Olivia was incredible in recently helping us to sell our condo on the Banana River in Cocoa Beach! We received a full asking price offer after an initial showing, and then she helped navigate us through a rather tricky journey to closing on schedule. I selected Olivia Capizzi to help us sell our home after interviewing 5 other realtors in the area. We are buying a house from out of state and I have never encountered a realtor that works as hard and takes care of every detail as Olivia does. If I could give 10 stars I would. We have bought and sold a half a dozen houses in the past, but never remotely as it was in this case. Remote purchases are inherently difficult and with the wrong realtor, could have been a disaster. Olivia was always there for every question with prompt responses and helpful suggestions. We greatly appreciated the video walk-throughs she performed, which were accomplished patiently and were extremely informative. She always made us feel comfortable and supported to make our own decisions. We could not have done this without her.

I purchased a business and originally went with another agent. I found out Olivia also does commercial. She was speaking with me on my progress and started to realize my agent at the time was not very helpful. I let them go to retain Olivia. Let me tell you it was the best decision. She made the entire process super easy. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the property you want for the best deal possible. I can't say enough good things about her. We closed on the sale of our townhouse today! Olivia was great and I highly recommend. There were a few hurdles that were out of our control but Olivia handled them great. Any agent can write an offer or sell your home. But it’s how your agent overcomes an issue should they arise. Thanks Olivia!
