We closed on the sale of our townhouse today! Olivia was great and I highly recommend. There were a few hurdles that were out of our control but Olivia handled them great. Any agent can write an offer or sell your home. But it’s how your agent overcomes an issue should they arise. Thanks Olivia!

Olivia was incredible in recently helping us to sell our condo on the Banana River in Cocoa Beach! We received a full asking price offer after an initial showing, and then she helped navigate us through a rather tricky journey to closing on schedule. We began our condo sale thinking we would do a for-sale-by-owner, and after hearing about Olivia's approach, we made the decision to list with her. Best decision we ever made! I selected Olivia Capizzi to help us sell our home after interviewing 5 other realtors in the area. I purchased a business and originally went with another agent. I found out Olivia also does commercial. She was speaking with me on my progress and started to realize my agent at the time was not very helpful. I let them go to retain Olivia. Let me tell you it was the best decision. I had to only pick one transaction but Olivia helped me sell my home last year and the purchase my new home this year. She is very patient and very attentive to all of the needs that I had.
