We are buying a house from out of state and I have never encountered a realtor that works as hard and takes care of every detail as Olivia does. If I could give 10 stars I would. We are blown away by how easy she has made this transition for us. I would recommend Olivia to anybody and everybody. You won't be sorry.

We closed on the sale of our townhouse today! Olivia was great and I highly recommend. There were a few hurdles that were out of our control but Olivia handled them great. Any agent can write an offer or sell your home. But it’s how your agent overcomes an issue should they arise. Thanks Olivia!

Olivia was incredible in recently helping us to sell our condo on the Banana River in Cocoa Beach! We received a full asking price offer after an initial showing, and then she helped navigate us through a rather tricky journey to closing on schedule. I purchased a business and originally went with another agent. I found out Olivia also does commercial. She was speaking with me on my progress and started to realize my agent at the time was not very helpful. I let them go to retain Olivia. Let me tell you it was the best decision. She made the entire process super easy. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the property you want for the best deal possible. I can't say enough good things about her. My mom and I were looking for a realtor to sell her condo in Cocoa Beach. We both live out of state, so we did not know any realtors and were not able to meet with them in person. After Zoom interviewing multiple realtors, we chose Olivia! She helped stage the unit and took care of every need. She was very communicative; keeping us informed every step of the way.
