Otis man there’s so many great things to say about him but yet hard to put into words. Otis is by far the best realtor I’ve ever came across ; he’s very patient,understanding and actually cares for his clients. He loves what he does and it shows in many ways. He is Very Honest which while looking for a home is something you would need in a realtor as it can get frustrating and you’ll need someone who will have your back. Thanks to his patience,understanding and help we were able to find the perfect home for our family.

To say Otis goes above and beyond is an understatement. Otis was in constant communication with me from the start to the end of my home buying process. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient through the whole process. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with during my first home buying process. I have dealt with many real estate agents before but Otis is the best. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, keep you updated up to the minute. He is very polite and does not do any thing that may offend you and he works for your interest all the way. He was also present at the closing to answer any questions. I am extremely impressed with his behavior. I would highly recommend him to any one interested in properly related issues in and around Newark.

I would recommend Mr. Baker to represent anyone in their real estate transactions. He has knowledge of the areas he covers as well as contacts to help along the way. He is professional, personable and demonstrated that he had my best interest at the forefront of any guidance, advice or assistance he provided along the way. His experience and knowledge of the process helped us to stay ahead of potential hurdles to completing the sale. He kept me informed along the way and checked in frequently throughout the process. Most important, I could contact him at anytime and he would answer or return calls timely. My experience working with Mr. Baker far exceeded expectations and helped us to close within about 3 months of listing the property.

Otis is extremely rude and unprofessional. I sent him a message via zellow about the apartment on 15 elm st in West Orange. He reached out to me via phone and explained that the tenant was responsible to pay a month broker fee, I told him that was wouldn’t be a problem and he went ahead and hung up the phone on my face. I thought the call got disconnected so I called him; that’s when Otis proceeds to tell me that the call did not drop but the HE HUNG UP THE PHONE because he thought that I said that I was not willing to pay the fee therefore the best course of action for him in this case would be to just hang up the phone in the client’s face. Wow that is being very professional and extremely polite Otis. Remax will lose a lot of business by having this ill-mannered agent as their representative.

Otis was outstanding and professional throughout the whole experience. His knowledge and being very hands on deck, from the beginning, meant a lot to us. He went above and beyond by even scheduling and getting the necessary permits we needed to sell our home. He’s quick and responsive to any questions we had. His calming demeanor is a bonus for first time home buyer’s and sellers, or even for someone who has been through this, sometimes stressful process, before like us. It was truly a great honor working with Otis which won’t be the last for us.

Otis was truly God sent. As first time home buyers myself and my family were skeptical as we didn't know what to expect. But from our first meeting Otis erased all fears and doubts, with his jovial persona. He give us a brief insight as to what to expect and assured us he will point us in the right direction every step of the way, which he did. He give us his most honest opinions which was greatly appreciated, at times when things seemed to be working against us, he offered suggestions to get us back on track and was very responsive and patient thru out the entire process. In the end we were able to find our dream home which exceeds our expectations and it is largely in part to Otis. I highly recommend him for your realty needs and I promise you wouldn't be disappointed.

Otis was great, I couldn't have had a better realtor, he was professional and understood exactly what we wanted in a house. Always locating properties for us as well as showing properties that we wanted to see.The patience Otis had with my husband and I was just grand.He was always on time, waiting at the properties when arrived, very professional and approachable.
