I was first involved in real estate transactions in Glen Rose in 1988 as a Legal Assistant to a Real Estate Attorney. I also worked with his title company until 1998 when I obtained my salesperson™s license and began working with Century 21 Quad J Realty in Glen Rose. As a Realtor, and to better serve my clients, I participated in numerous education courses, earning my Broker™s license in 2005.
I feel any knowledge I can gain through classes, seminars and work experience helps me better serve my clients. The real estate business is changing daily, and continuing the learning process is a must to provide the type of service my clients want™and deserve.
Various awards received through the years include multiple Masters Ruby Awards, Masters Emerald Awards, and my favorite...the Quality Service Pinnacle Awards. Additionally, I have earned numerous designations, including the Residential Finance Specialist (RFS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). But these designations weren't just to add the alphabet behind my name....I learned a great deal in each of these classes. They enabled me to help my clients in the areas of property finance, special senior wants and needs, the ins and outs of alternatives to foreclosure, and general increased knowledge of the real estate industry. My expertise will make marketing your property, or finding your dream home, a pleasant experience. Give me a call when you™re ready to make a move!
