My husband and I were very pleased and satisfied with Pamela Vanderveer acting as our realtor. She addressed every issue and question without hesitation and her experience really paid off. We were kept in the loop during the whole listing and selling process even though we had left our home prior to the showings. Pam was excellent to work with. We were remote buyers living out of state and Pam bent over backwards to help us find a great property. Despite being located in another state, Pam willingly did showings via FaceTime and was super flexible with our schedule. Pam is extremely knowledgeable about the area and she pays meticulous attention to detail (which helped us tremendously because we couldn’t be there). This was my second transaction with Pamela, she's awesome. I can be trying at times and she stayed with me. There were times we didn't agree but she would listen to me, discuss her views and we'd come up with a plan of action. Pam has all the local contacts arriving and solving issues fast. From suggesting the correct lender, getting the right maintenance personnel to validate repairs are correctly performed. What impressed us most was Pam's knowledge of the local market. She was able to communicate to potential buyers and other agents the value of our home compared to similarly priced homes. Additionally, she and her team we're very responsive to our requests for information and numerous open houses. They stayed on top of the process and ensured it kept moving. Pam did a fantastic job on helping us buy 2 condos in Indian Harbour Beach and Indialantic.  Being an IRS tax deferred 1031 exchange transaction out of some rental units in San Diego, it was the most complicated real estate transaction that I've been through.  The nerve wracking part of a 1031 exchange is that you only have 45 days to identify a replacement property, so it doesn't really give you a lot of time to find something that you really like.  Beachside inventory was low during our 45 day window, which added to the pressure.  Pam showed us all the units that were in the MLS that fit our criteria and objectively presented the pros and cons of each one.  Being from California, there were specific concerns on buying Florida property that I hadn't dealt with before, but she guided us through that.  Most importantly, she brought to the table some units that we would never have found on our own.  That gave us quite a bit of choice during this narrow window.  We went into contract on the 2 condos, and she helped us through the inevitable bumps in the road on the way to successful closes on both.  She even found us 2 tenants to lease up each property.  We would enthusiastically recommend Pam for any transaction, large or small, routine or complex.

Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made our first home buying experience a breeze. She was available anytime we wanted to look at properties and was able to help us snag a house that had only been on the market for literally a couple of hours! She went above and beyond to help us get this house and kept in constant contact with what was happening throughout the whole process, even when I went out of town on a business trip. Even when we were met with negotiations from the seller she was there to help guide us as to what would be the best thing to do.
