Pam Coleman is a real estate agent. My house was rented within a week after she listed it. She is dedicated and looks out for her clients' best interest. If you have a rental property and has been sitting on the market for over 2 weeks, I highly recommend contacting Pam! She can assess your property and will make suggestions on how to present your property to get it rented immediately.

Pam held my hand the entire process of selling and buying!!!! She went above and beyond to be there for me and I couldn't have done it without her. I appreciate her very expansive and comprehensive real estate knowledge. She was very thorough in researching the comps in my area and surrounding ones. She streamlined the process of paperwork and communications making it seamless and easy for me to work with. She was very timely with each of the buyers and the seller/builder.
