Pam helped us locate and purchase a condo in Florida. We were visiting Florida for a short time and Pam lined up viewings on short notice, locating properties that met out needs, and when we found a property we liked, she helped us negotiate with the sellers, helped with all the inspections, with property insurance, with the title search, with closing the sale long-distance, and even with finding us a tenant and helping us manage the property afterwards! Pam is truly a full-service agent, facilitating every aspect of the process from A to Z. Five Stars ---Pam was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. She was relentless in her efforts to close on the property.
