Recently listed my home in Williams with this lovely woman. I've had quite a few dealings with realtors and am usually very disappointed with their knowledge and and expertise in the whole process. Not only does Pamelia possess the knowledge of recent sales and the market she is very attentive to her customers including answering her phone at all hours of the day and night but she is also quick to respond to emails sent her way. I would recommend her over and over again.

Pamelia worked very hard and found a buyer fast for my home that wasn't in list ready condition at all. After a back and forth with the buyers agent, we closed at a great price. Highly recommended.

Pamelia is a woman who promises a lot and produces nothing. When we tried to sale our second home, she ask if we would rent until a buyer came along. We said yes. According to the contract, she was to get the first month rent and each month after would be sent to us by the renters. She was also going to collect the deposits and send them to us. We NEVER received them. When I asked the renters if they paid the deposits during the signing, they said yes, and said Pamelia stated, "Those are mine". Now a year later, the renters are thinking about leaving and we still do not have the deposits. I have called her cell, office and home, emailed and snail mailed her, with NO reply. In a YEAR! Finally I got ahold of her husband and he said he would relay a message to her. I highly advise anyone to use someone else and NOT Canyon View Realty in Williams, AZ.

Pamelia is very genuine & intuitive @ showing you properties that have personal appeal, & is very honest/good at negotiating price.. She is excellent (& patient) at negotiating, finding the best possible price of consensus-very effective, yet not pushy. Pamelia's many successful years as the primo real estate agent in the area, show in her fast & effective selling/buying process. Pamelia never returns phone calls nor does she service the account or make changes to the listing in a timely manner, Aside from taking legal action to terminate my Agreement with Canyon View Reality I am filing a complaint with Arizona State Realtors Board, as the conduct or should I say lack of, is in violation of its Code of Ethics she is bound by. Her being my agent /broker experience has been and continues to be a living nightmar.

I was refereed to another realtor who handed me off to Pamelia. We made plans to travel out and meet them to go look at properties. We compiled a list based on emails we were sent, and booked our rooms nearby. I was getting a little concerned because she wouldn't answer her phone and her voicemail was full. 4 days before our scheduled appointment she sends my wife an email basically saying to go look on our own, and email her if we find something. That's not what I call customer service. Don't waste your time with someone who wont give your theirs. Now I'm scrambling to find another realtor, since I already booked my travel plans.
