Pat was amazing ! She came up with an outstanding game plan to put the house on the market and get it sold. She was extremely helpful with providing contact information for various contractors who were very responsive and skilled. Years ago, Pat sold my house in just one day during the worst real estate market in decades, for $11,000 over a fair-market asking price! So I didn't hesitate to contact Pat when I decided to move back into the area. I told her what I was looking for and bought the first home she showed me. This was during the hottest market in recent times, when multiple bids were the norm. According to the seller's agent, others offered the same price. The difference, he said, was Pat's expertise in helping me craft the most highly competitive bid. Pat is professional, responsive, knows the area, and listens to her clients.
