About Pat Vincent



The Vincent Team with Coldwell Banker in Austin, Texas treats every client as if they were a part of the family. They work together fluidly to deliver comprehensive communication, marketing and support. Their expertise has earned them admission to the Million Dollar a Month Club and they consistently rank in the top for both Coldwell Banker in the city and country. Their team was named to the Platinum Top 50 in Austin 2013, 2015, & 2016 and Finalists in 2012 & 2014.

At the head of the team is Pat Vincent, a seasoned professional who had been in the business for over 25 years. She entered real estate with a background in retail marketing and merchandising, and success found her quickly. Pat’s desire to give her clients every expectation they deserve is what led her to form a team after years of working solo. She adapts to her client’s needs and works in the manner best suited for the individual client. With the team, there is always someone available to answer a question, or update a client on a property and give the personal touch to every sale.

Rudy Vincent is a fully-licensed Realtor working with buyers and sellers. He has experience in property management and is familiar with all Austin areas.

Eric Vincent is a fully-licensed Realtor and handles lease properties, application and contracts.

Deb Renelt works with marketing, staging, and client communication. The team offers staging consultations and materials, seller’s checklist, and recommendations at no cost to our clients.

Sadie Corrie works with website development and advertisements.

All five members of the team subscribe to this same attitude and will go the distance to make sure their client needs are met. They are flexible and supportive with an amazing work ethic. Together this team has found a great way to balance their skills and continue to build on the wonderful foundation that Pat built.
