2016 Texas Monthly June Issue - Five Star Real Estate Agent. My passion has always been Real Estate. Prior to working as a full time Agent, my experience was in the Mortgage business with Foreclosures and Delinquent accounts. I also worked with a Major Insurance company managing home insurance policies. I decided to pursue Real Estate full time to help individuals and families find their dream home.

I have a wealth of information regarding home ownership from beginning to end. I never forget the feeling of buying my first home, my second home and the "we outgrew this home" feeling. When I work with my clients, I remember how I felt when I was buying and selling my home. The passion that I have is more than a job, it is the wonderful feeling of handing you your new house key to start building many memories in your HOME.

Patricia went above and beyond what would be expected of an agent. Since we were coming from out of state, we trusted her to perform our final walkthrough. We wouldn't have changed a thing. She was amazing.

Patricia was amazing. As a first time home buyer, the process is very taxing mentally. She eased all my frustrations and fears, she was very open with all the details in the sale. Very trustworthy and each time I knew she had my best interest in mind and made sure I was kept in the loop for every process. Thank you so very much!

Patricia is an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond to help me get a home. Without her I would not have acquired the home that I purchased. Because of her connections and knowledge of the market and San Antonio area, I now own my own home! 1. I recieved e-mails daily for homes to check out with my specific requirements. 2. She was always on call day or night to answer any of my questions. 3. When I took the liberty of searching for a home on my own that was not in a desirable neighborhood, she made sure to let me know about the crime in the area. 4. Patricia drives by the home during the day and at night to check out the neighborhood and feel of the homes location. 5. Patricia's connections in the field ensured that I recieved top of the line service in all areas of the transaction of the home from the mortgage company, inspection of the home and other maintenance issues. 6. Patricia takes care of issues on the spot and constantly follows up on questions I had or with inspectors and bank personnel immediately.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Patricia was in helping my husband and myself buy a home. My husband and I just moved to San Antonio due to the military and we were not knowledgeable of the area or what all entailed in the house buying process. At first we thought we knew what we were looking for (looking at pre-owned homes) but after looking at a few houses we decided that we wanted to look at brand new homes. Patricia totally understood and didn't lose any time in the transition from pre-owned homes to new houses. Patricia answered all of our questions (and my husband had a lot!) and stayed with us every step of the way. She made this process so seamless and easy and I know she had our best interest in mind. Thank you Patricia!
