Patricia was our ALL STAR! She's more than we could ever imagine as a Realtor. Patricia has an attention to detail that helped us prepare our house for sale, and talked us through every option. She was at every open house that she hosted, and made them fun with themes and special drinks and snacks. Awesome! Patricia was very courteous listen to concerns very efficient when we was ready to list the property she got it on the market brought results faster than I expected. Every problem that popped up was addressed quickly. She helped us fine the house in the right neighborhood for the right price for us the best part about working with Patricia was that she was always focused on answering questions given us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than on closing a deal we would recommend her to than met our needs, then on closing a deal, we would recommend her to anyone.

she was on top of everything from the getgo and alwlays kept me well informed. i also think we received as much for the sale of the home as the market would allow. this is the second time i have used her services and if ever in need of another realator will surly seek her out.
