Patricia really went above and beyond for us. We honestly felt like family. She was always quick to respond and was very knowledgeable. Even after our purchase she has been available for questions. I doubt you would be able to find anyone who would work harder for you in central Florida.

Let me tell you Patricia de Graaff is an amazing Realtor. She made herself available to us anytime we had questions or concerns and got us through the process of buying the second home we've been dreaming about. From inspection, to closing Patricia was our biggest champion. If you are looking for a realtor that has your best interest at heart Patricia is the realtor you want spearheading your search.

Patricia is an absolutely amazing realtor and I mean that wholeheartedly. From the moment I walked into her open house on a very hot Saturday, I knew we were in good hands. She is incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and patient. We toured countless homes together while searching for the right fit for our family, and Patricia was flexible and informative every single step of the way, never rushing us, always advocating for us.If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dedicated realtor in the Winter Haven area, look no further. You simply will not find better. I'll be forever grateful she was the one who opened that door, literally and figuratively.

Patricia did an excellent job in helping us sell our home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and hit the asking price on the head. She gave great advice as to what needed to be done before the showing and even helped stage our home. I would strongly recommend Patricia to anyone selling their home.

We recently worked with Patricia to find a home in Eaglebrooke. She was responsive and deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth from start to finish. Her professionalism and integrity were evident throughout, and since we were coordinating a long-distance move, she was especially helpful in walking us through every detail — even helping us close remotely via online notarization without a hitch. We highly recommend Patricia to anyone buying a home in the Lakeland area.
