Patricia was so amazing and helpful. She made the process of helping with my father and selling his house easy. She made the fear of figuring out everything simple. It was a long process of a slow market and she never stopped trying until it was sold.

I've worked with realtors in the past and none compared to the experience I had with Patricia - she was a true advocate & teammate for us from start to finish and I cannot recommend her enough for anyone searching for a property in central Florida. My partner & I were searching for a home under an extremely tight schedule & picky requirements. Before anything, Patricia took the time to genuinely understand our needs and only presented us options within our requirements, knowing we did not have time to waste. During the sale process, she kept everyone involved on schedule for closing in a tight window - the seller, the title agency, us - and was aggressive in advocating for our benefit during the whole thing. She helped get us perks I didn't know were possible that made a real difference. As a testament to how far she went to help us, she even took my trash cans to the curb and tended to the home pool weeks AFTER we closed until we were able to make the move - mind you, this was well after the sale and she had zero responsibility with us anymore but that's just the type of person Patricia is. Professional, personable, wildly knowledgeable, and genuinely in your corner having your back from start to finish (and even after). I never realized just how much of a difference a great realtor can make in the home buying process until working with her and so very glad we found her.

Patricia was very helpful and understanding during the entire process of selling our house. Our situation was unusual but Patricia knew exactly what to do to make everything work. Her knowledge of staging and informing me on how to prepare the house for viewing led to the quick sale of our house. I would definitely contact Patricia to buy or sell a house again.

Patricia was recommended to us by our local real estate agent when my Dad was looking to sell a piece of property that he owned in Florida.She was very knowledgeable and familiar with the area. Since we are from Massachusetts, Patricia handled everything for us and kept us updated during the entire process. From listing to closing, and everything in between, Patricia was there for us. When I moved to Florida in 2021 I had my first dealings with Patricia, she helped me find a home close to my aging parents. It was a big move from PA to Fl. She was wonderful every step of the way. Fast forward three years, had to sell that home and move in with my mom after my dad passed away, Patricia handled that for me as well - house sold in 1 day. It was wonderful. A little over a year later my mom and I moved to a smaller new build and we brought Patricia along to be our advocate, which we needed as there were some hiccups in the building process. After clearing out many years of living within the parents original Florida house we put it up for sale with Patricia. This time the market was changing and there were many phone call, open houses and some tears - Patricia guided us through never forgetting that my 83 year old mother was overwhelmed and in certain areas needed to move slow. We are thankful and grateful for the friend we feel we have in Patricia.

Working with Patricia was the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. We bought and sold a trailer over a four year period. Both times it was such a pleasure. It was only a $90,000 trailer but we were treated no different than someone selling a million dollar home. She was the most confident and hardworking realtor I’ve dealt with.
