Patricia is the most knowledgeable and kind realtor that I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to buy or sell. She is very thorough and patient. She was able to answer all of my questions and even provide me with information that I didn't realize I needed to know. She went above and beyond with helping me secure my loan and to negotiate for my house. She is a wonderful person and I'm sure we will be lifelong friends now. And as an extra bonus when you close on your home, she will bring you the best apple pie you've ever had!!

Working with Patricia was the best experience I’ve ever had with a realtor. We bought and sold a trailer over a four year period. Both times it was such a pleasure. I've worked with realtors in the past and none compared to the experience I had with Patricia - she was a true advocate & teammate for us from start to finish and I cannot recommend her enough for anyone searching for a property in central Florida. My partner & I were searching for a home under an extremely tight schedule & picky requirements. Before anything, Patricia took the time to genuinely understand our needs and only presented us options within our requirements, knowing we did not have time to waste. During the sale process, she kept everyone involved on schedule for closing in a tight window - the seller, the title agency, us - and was aggressive in advocating for our benefit during the whole thing. She helped get us perks I didn't know were possible that made a real difference. As a testament to how far she went to help us, she even took my trash cans to the curb and tended to the home pool weeks AFTER we closed until we were able to make the move - mind you, this was well after the sale and she had zero responsibility with us anymore but that's just the type of person Patricia is. Professional, personable, wildly knowledgeable, and genuinely in your corner having your back from start to finish (and even after). I never realized just how much of a difference a great realtor can make in the home buying process until working with her and so very glad we found her.
