We have been dealing with Pat for about four years now. She helped us buy our current home which was a short sale and a very evolved process. It took a year to sell my house in this bad economy, but Pat was with me through out the whole process. She went above and beyond with advertising, holding open houses and following up with prospective buyers and agents. She utilized all the websites and technology available. In the four years that I have lived in my community, I have noticed how active Pat was. So when it came time to sell, I contacted Pat. From the beginning, Pat was extremely customer focused with a "can do" attitude all the time. She immediately scheduled an open house and was always complimentary and confident about the prospects of a sale. Well, about 30 days later, we had accepted a cash offer and are heading to the closing table! Pat is a true pro and if I was staying in the area, I'd ask Pat if she would be my buyer representative.
