Haywood County native, Patrick McDowell, has lived in the Waynesville his whole life. Married to wife Sherri for 19 years they have 2 daughters, Sydney 13 and Mia 8. A local (family) business owner for many years, Patrick is civic minded, serving on the Waynesville and Haywood County Planning boards, and is very proactive in the First Methodist Church of Waynesville. A graduate of Western Carolina University, he worked in the family office supply business for a number of years then decided that real estate is where his career path would take him.
