Patrick is for sure the hardest working realtor in SC! He took the time to work tireless hours with us for a year to locate Lake Murray property that was both what we liked and within our budget. Patrick was always available to answer our phone calls and his expertise with area was something we needed as we were coming from out of state. He went above and beyond several times to go to our house take pics and answer all our questions. We never felt any pressure to settle or quit looking. If we wanted to see other houses he would make it happen. It was a great experience and i would use him again if needed! It’s been two years since we closed on our house, and to this day I still call him with questions and he gets back to me everytime!

We got Patrick recommended through a coworker. We were coming down to SC for one weekend to look at places and hopefully buy one. He set aside his entire weekend and set up 14+ listings. One house we walked into and we immediately knew it was “the one”. He went to work & was able to pull off the deal within 24 hrs, even in this crazy market. He has really gone above and beyond!
