Patty was a Saint. I live almost 400 miles away from the house I was selling and she helped coordinate all the repairs before it went on the market. She lined up a yard service, a painter and even found a pin hole leak (outside) in a pipe that I didn't know about and got a plummer there that day to fix it. Her knowledge of the area and the market was great. She came up with a price but I thought it was a bit high. I gave her a price I wanted it listed for instead. It was about $7 K lower than she recommended. She said she believed it was "low balling it" and tried to get me to list it for more. In the end she listed it for the amount I'd asked. She was RIGHT! The house sold the first day with two offers. The buyers agent said they would have paid much more. In the end, both parties were happy.

Excellent realtor. She was always available to show. Saturday Sunday Monday through Friday. Pleasant, positive attitude, showed us houses all day long. Pat found us great houses and worked with us when we found the house. A pleasure to work with.
