About Patty Bolin

After residing in the Hernando County Florida area for 28 years I have become extremely familiar with it's beautiful surroundings. We have some of the most beautiful gated and non-gated golf communites on the west coast of Florida. Some of these communities are 55+ and others are not! Our area here boasts beautiful trees, landscaping and even some rolling hills and of course the amazing Gulf of Mexico!! We have a few  beach communities  called Hernando Beach & Pine Island that offer quite a variety of different style homes to choose from.  Hernando County is conveniently located 43 miles from Tampa Airport. We have many restaurants, department stores, grocery stores and medical facilities to chose from. Please call me anytime and we will begin the search for your future dream home!
