Paul was great throughout my entire experience. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and also of all of the intricacies and nuances of the homes. He was able to explain and look for a lot of things that I would not have considered. I was able to take my time in searching for my home and he made himself available throughout the entire time. Paul is, without a doubt, the best real estate agent my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. No, really, he is. We have worked with other agents before but this guy is top notch. He knows his stuff. We feel lucky to have known him through our first ever home buying process.His expertise in this field is noticeable right away. You can ask him about anything regarding a house and chances are he knows the answer or knows where to direct you for it.He is a very patient person who understands the unique position(s) of the folks he is dealing with. We just bought our home with Paul and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again when it’s time to sell. He’s very knowledgeable about the NVA area, having grown up here, and extremely patient during the house hunt. I lost track of how many houses we checked out together (we’re kinda picky). Paul remained attentive and enthusiastic throughout the process. Very resourceful too.

Paul listed my house and posted notes throughout the house explaining special features and upgrades which was beneficial for other real estate agents as they showed the house. The house was sold a month after listing it.

The process of buying and selling a home can be difficult based on the levels of competitiveness, however, Paul gave us excellent guidance and deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at. This is the second time we have worked with Paul since he is very knowledgeable and has great experience in the market. Paul is professional, attentive to detail and very easy to work with. We were able to get multiple offers on my home that we were selling in one day and able to purchase another as well. Great job to Paul and his team since we closed in 30 days without any problems.

Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful in the home buying process. He also has reliable contacts for just about anything home-related that you need done.
